What is Diecast of the Day?

Every morning, we post a Diecast of the Day on our socials: Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter). Since early 2024, we have been doing this as a fun project to highlight the wild amount of diecast that exist out there. From this year's mainlines to lesser known special editions, we pick from them all! We love doing this, but it was missing an interactive element. That's why we came up with DotD Giveaways!

What is the Giveaway?

We are giving you a chance to win rare and exclusive diecast as well as in-store credit by finding our featured DotD in your collection and sharing it! There are 2 ways to enter:

• Follow Us and Reply to a Diecast of the Day post with a photo of that vehicle in your collection (once per day)
• Follow Us then Like and Share a Diecast of the Day or Giveaway post (once per giveaway period)

The Nitty Gritty

• No Purchase Necessary
• Currently available to mailing addresses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico
• Giveaway period ends at 11:59 PM New York Time of the date posted. 
• Drawings will occur 1 to 2 days after the close of the giveaway period.
• Winners must be following the social they entered on at time of drawing to qualify
• Winners will be contacted through direct message in the social they used for entry.
• Once we receive a winner’s shipping address, prizes should arrive 1-2 weeks for physical prizes and 1-3 days for digital.
• Items are New and Near-Mint unless otherwise noted. RLC that came in an opaque external box may have the outer seal broken to remove for the product photos shown.

For "Photo" Method of Entry

• Follow one of our social accounts and reply to a Diecast of The Day within the current giveaway period with a photo of that vehicle in your collection.
• Vehicle should be the same year/series/sub-series shown. Rarity should be the same (Treasure Hunt / Chase vs regular release) but variations can differ (color, wheels, etc…) if there were different versions.
• Vehicle can be loose, but should show the same angle as displayed in our product photo so we can easily confirm it matches. 
• Photos from the web or marketplaces will disqualify the entry. Best way to avoid this is take it among other cars in your collection - why not show them off too =) 

One entry per photo per Diecast of the Day (7 Total for a week-long giveaway). We will count the first instance of your photo across all socials, but feel free to show off your cars in all 3!

"Repost" Method of Entry

• Facebook: Follow our 99Diecast account, like and repost a Diecast of the Day post or a post advertising the Giveaway from the current giveaway period.
• Instagram: Follow our 99Diecast account, like and share to story a Diecast of the Day post or a post advertising the Giveaway from the current giveaway period.
• X (Twitter): Follow our 99Diecast account, like and repost a Diecast of the Day post or a post advertising the Giveaway from the current giveaway period.

You can receive one entry per social per giveaway period (3 Total). 

This brings the total number of possible entries to 10 for a 7-day giveaway period:

• (3) Follow, Like, Repost, 1 per social
• (7) Photo response with a DotD car in your collection
