Refund policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we're committed to making the process as smooth as possible for you.

Returning an Item

If you need to return an item within 14 days of receipt, here's how we can help:

  1. Initiate a return by contacting us by using one of the methods HERE to begin the return process.

  2. When the return is authorized, carefully pack the items in their original packaging or something equivalent. We choose our packaging containers and material for optimal care during shipment, so please reuse them if possible.

  3. Include the completed return authorization form with your return shipment.

  4. Ship the package using our supplied label to the address provided. See "Refunds" below for the refund process.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged or defective, despite our best efforts during packaging, please contact us within 14 days of receipt (not counting the day of arrival). We'll be happy to arrange a return for an exchange or full refund.

Return Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return. Some additional exclusions may apply - these will be noted on respective product pages.

Return Labels & Fees

Once a return is authorized, we will supply you with a label. With the exception of damaged/defective items, return label costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We do not charge restocking fees; however, if a returned item arrives in a condition different from that in which it was sent, a portion of the refund may be deducted to compensate for the difference in value. (This does not apply to items returned for reasons of damage or defectiveness.)

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will process it as soon as possible. Please allow several business days. The refund will be applied to the original source of payment minus any applicable fees (see above). We will contact you and update you on your return's progress.

Important Dates to Remember

  • 14 Days from delivery (not including) to contact us to begin a return for any reason

  • 14 Days from delivery (not including) to contact us to begin a return for damaged/defective items

  • 7 Days to ship your items once a label is received

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
