What payment methods do you accept?

At 99Diecast, we prioritize a smooth and secure shopping experience. That's why we offer a variety of trusted payment options:

  • Major Credit Cards: You can conveniently use all major credit cards through our secure checkout powered by Shopify Payments. This ensures your transaction is handled by a trusted provider, and we never store your credit card information on our servers.

  • ShopPay: We recommend using ShopPay for a fast and hassle-free checkout. ShopPay simplifies your payment process by securely storing your billing and shipping information, so you can breeze through future purchases across any merchants that accept it.

  • PayPal: We also accept payments through PayPal, another trusted platform known for its secure transactions.

  • Google Pay: Enjoy a quick and convenient checkout with Google Pay. Simply use your existing Google account information for a streamlined payment experience.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

You can conveniently place an order on 99Diecast without creating an account. We offer guest checkout for your ease and flexibility. Simply proceed through the checkout process as a guest and enter your billing and shipping information to complete your order.

Even for guest orders, you can still track your package. We'll send you a confirmation email with your order number, which you can use to track your shipment on our website. To ensure you receive the email notification, please be sure to provide a valid email address during checkout. This way, you can stay informed about the delivery status of your purchase, regardless of whether you have an account or not.

However, we highly recommend creating an account for an even smoother diecast experience! Here are some benefits you'll enjoy:

  • Faster checkout: Save your billing and shipping information for future purchases, making checkout a breeze.
  • Order tracking: Easily track your purchases with your account login, no need to search for emails.
  • Order history: View your past purchases and easily reorder favorites or revisit past gems.

Where is my order confirmation?

We understand you're eager to track your order! Here's some steps to take before contacting us:

  • Check your inbox: Shopify typically sends order confirmation emails shortly after your order is placed. Be sure to check your spam folder as well, in case it was filtered there.
  • Wait for processing: In some cases, especially if your payment is pending authorization, there might be a slight delay in sending the confirmation email.

Didn't receive your confirmation within 24 hours?

If you haven't received your confirmation email after 24 hours, don't hesitate to Contact Us. We'll be happy to help locate your order details.

Why has my order been canceled?

We strive to fulfill all confirmed orders. However, there are rare instances where an order might be canceled. Here are some possible reasons:

  • Stock Issues: In rare cases, an item you ordered might become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we'll promptly notify you and issue a full refund for the canceled item(s).

  • Customer Cancellation Request: You are able to cancel an order before we begin fulfilling the order. If you wish to cancel an order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order hasn't already shipped.

  • Payment Issues: Occasionally, a payment may not be authorized by your bank or financial institution. If this occurs, your order will be automatically canceled. We recommend contacting your bank to resolve any payment authorization issues and then retrying your order.

  • Fraud Prevention: We utilize a trusted third-party service to help prevent fraudulent activity. In some instances, this service might flag an order for review. If this happens, we'll contact you to verify the order's legitimacy.

How do I cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, provided it hasn't already begun fulfillment. 

Here's how to initiate an order cancellation:

  • Contact Us Promptly: The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance we can cancel your order before it ships. Please reach out as soon as possible.

  • Use Our Support Channels: To ensure a timely response, please contact us through one of our dedicated support channels HERE

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel it.

However, you can still return the unopened and unused items following our standard Return Policy

We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before submitting it. If you have any questions about an item or our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Can I alter my order?

Because of the nature of our fulfillment process, once an order is confirmed, its contents cannot be altered. This includes combining multiple orders into one. 

However, we understand mistakes happen. If you realize you've made an error on your order, or have a question about an existing order, we encourage you to reach out to our support team as soon as possible.

  • Timely Intervention: The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance we can intervene before your order is shipped. Our support team will be happy to explore any options available to address your situation.

When will my order arrive?

  • Order Processing: We typically process orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

  • Shipping Options & Estimates: You'll see estimated delivery times for various shipping options at checkout. These depend on your location and chosen service.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for real-time progress updates.

What countries do you ship to?

At this time, 99Diecast offers domestic shipping within the United States. We're working on expanding our reach to international customers soon!

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your order and chosen service. Here's a breakdown of our domestic shipping options:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $6.99 for standard domestic shipping within the contiguous United States.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts and before shipping / taxes). Some exclusions may apply. Please note, free shipping applies to the contiguous United States – rates may differ for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

  • Expedited Shipping: We understand you might want your collectibles fast! We offer expedited shipping at checkout for $12.99 (availability and speed based on location.) You'll see the estimated delivery time and cost for expedited options during checkout.

To Get the Most Accurate Cost:

For the most accurate shipping cost for your order, simply visit your cart and proceed to checkout. There, you'll see the available shipping options and their corresponding costs based on your location and chosen service.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You can easily track all of your orders with us. Here's how:

  • Confirmation Email: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.

  • ShopPay Tracking: If you used ShopPay at checkout, you can conveniently track your order directly within the Shop App.

  • Account Page: If you have an account, you can view all of your orders there. You can access your account HERE

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving them.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact Customer Support: Our friendly support team is here to help! You can use our Contact Page to request a return authorization.

Remember:

  • You'll need a return authorization from customer support before returning your item.
  • Only unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt are eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items. Any returns will be processed as a refund to the original payment method or as store credit. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact our support within 14 days of receiving it to begin the return process.

To initiate a return:

  • You may be asked to provide some details about the damaged items before your return is processed.

How long does it take to return an item?

While our return policy allows you to return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving them, the processing time for returns does take some additional time. Here's a breakdown of what to expect:
  • Return Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it may take several business days for our team to process it. This involves inspecting the returned item and verifying it meets our return policy requirements.

  • Refund Timing: After your return is processed and approved, we'll initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please note, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear as a credit on your statement, depending on your bank or financial institution's processing times.

We will notify you once your item is received and begins the refund process.

Products

Will my product be identical to the one shown?

We understand specifics are important to collectors. This is why we try to make unique listings for most variations of products that were produced. We provide the series, sub-series, year and often details such as color, wheel type, and physical features if there are different versions. If you are ever concerned about a specific variation - don't hesitate to reach out and we will make sure you find the variation you are looking for.

What is included with my product?

Some special edition products include extra boxes, protectors, or accessories in addition to the original packaging. If something appears in our photos, you can assume you will receive them unless otherwise noted in a label, description, or condition. If you ever have a question, please reach out to us and we will confirm what is included with this product.

There is a unique serial number on this product. Will I receive the number shown?

In some limited editions, you might see a serial number in the photos. Unless otherwise noted in the title and details, the product you receive may or may not match the one shown.

The listing shows a year. Will my product be from that year?

If the listing shows a year, your product will be from that year (Note: this is the set year, not the production year which is often printed on the packaging or product itself.)

Some of our listings may show several years. This is because some products were released across multiple years with very little or no change to the packaging. For these situations, we grouped them all into one listing. You will receive a product from one of the years shown.

Misc

Do you sell gift cards?

We currently do not offer gift cards. We hope to introduce gift cards to our store in the near future. 

I have a store credit. How do I see it? How do I use it?

If you have store credit, you will be able to see it when logged into your 99Diecast account. You can visit your account details HERE. You will also see your available store credit in the checkout process if you are logged into your account. 

To use available credit, simply select it as a payment method during checkout. 

Some store credit may have an expiration date. If you have multiple store credits with different expiration dates, then the balance is debited from the credit that has the closest expiry date.
